FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a motel?
Yes! It is…but your reservation and check in and out procedures will be a lot like if you were to rent an Airbnb. You’ll reserve online, sign your rental agreement and make all payments online. All monies will be paid in full 7 days prior to your arrival.
How do I get keys?
Each room has a coded lock box on the door. 48 hours prior to your arrival date, a welcome email that includes the door code will be emailed to you. Your door code will be the last 4 digits of the primary renter’s phone number.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
Is there room service like a traditional motel?
No one will service your room during your stay. There is a broom and dustpan in each room.
What is provided?
We provide all bed linens, including for sofa bed/futon, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and kitchen dish towels. 1 roll of toilet paper for 1-3 nights, 2 rolls for 4-7 nights, hand soap and a hairdryer. The kitchen has basic cookware as well as dishes and flatware and paper towels/napkins.
What about TV, Wi-Fi, etc?
Each guest room has one TV in the living room area. We do provide free wireless internet for our guests.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. 24hours prior to arrival, a $150 hold will be placed on the credit card on file. The hold will be released within 48 hours after departure if there is no damage.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We love our furry friends. One dog is allowed per room. The maximum weight is 40lbs and there are restrictions on breeds. Dogs only please. The pet fee is $50 for the entirety of your stay. There will be an added cleaning fee charged if there is excess hair or additional clean up required. Dogs must be crated when you’re not in your room. Obviously, dogs must be housebroken and they can’t chew the furniture!
What is your cancellation policy?
All rooms must be cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival date. All rental monies will be forfeited if you have to cancel after this date. When you book, you are offered trip insurance protection. No refunds for early departure.
Do you have a pool or any other amenities?
Yes! We have a big swimming pool, a deck with gulf and sunset views, cable tv, Wi-Fi and…we’ll have a bar opening by the end of July. We’ll be serving a full bar menu as well as bar bites.
