Guest Room 3 (downstairs) is the third room in from the Beach! A beautiful beach cottage with blue and natural hues with approximately 350sq ft, one bedroom with a Queen Size bed and dresser. Also a nice size living room with a futon/sofa bed and sweet kitchenette...it has all you need for your stay at the beach!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

I bought this sweet little property with my business partner 6 months after Hurricane Michael hit. The previous owners had significant damage and were overwhelmed with the work needed to keep it going. We took over and got things repaired, replaced and renovated. We've been chugging along with little to no advertising, booking platforms etc. Kids have gone to college and renewed energy has been put into this little gem and we're so excited to share it with you!
